Formalize Registration
- To make Group Registrations (from 10 people) please contact the Meeting Organization by e-mail at congresseugin@grupo-process.com or by phone at +34 91 377 14 23.
- Payment has to be made on line or by bank transfer. Please indicate the Symposium and the name of the person registering in the transfer details:

Betaprocess S.L. - Proof of payment must be sent by email to congresseugin@grupo-process.com in order to take into account the registration order.
- Once all the data would be verified and transfer made, the official confirmation will be sent. We apologize in advance for possible delays in receiving the register confirmation. These procedures could last several days, due to bank timings. It will not depend on Meeting Organization.
- If the delegate needs an official invoice either for registration or accommodation, please send an e-mail to congresseugin@grupo-process.com and let us know your VAT number and full company to be shown.
Cancellation policy for registration
- Cancellations must be communicated by email.
- Refunds will be processed after the Symposium.
- Cancellations after 15th February 2015 will have a 20% of Registration cost penalty.
- Cancellations after 25th February 2015 will have a 100% of Registration cost penalty.
- Name changes before 15th February 2015 will not cause any additional cost.
- Name changes after 15th February 2015 will have a 10% of Registration cost penalty.
